Casa Matriz Séc. XVI | Room III

O ar condicionado não estava a funcionar, ligava, mas não deitava ar quente. Não permitiu que desfrutasse do espaço no seu pleno, fiquei abrigado dentro da cama para aquecer. Gostava que melhorassem esse aspeto.

Positive: Boa localização. Negative: Pena não existir pequeno almoço.

Uma boa surpresa Positive: Entrei fora de horas mas as orientações foram optimas e o sistema simples. Quarto espaçoso e com pormenores lindos.

Positive: We stayed as a large family group the night before visiting Magikland and we were so pleased with our choice! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC was fantastic and provided much needed respite from the heat!

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Matriz. The lady who greeted me was extremely helpful and nice. The building is really pretty and they have managed to preserve its original structure and beauty. The room I stayed in was large, comfortable and impeccably clean. There is a tea and coffee service in the room and I had fresh towels every day. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the parking space. The access road is very narrow and my car is too big. What called my attention is that the cleaning service is not included in the price and it's charged extra upon request. Anyway, I enjoyed the stay and I do recommend it.
